What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User-Provided Information
The Application does not require you to create an account with the Service Provider. You may use the Application without registration. In the course of using the Application, you may provide or generate the following information:
- Playlists and Streams You Add: Playlist URLs (such as M3U or M3U8 links), playlist files you select from your Device, single stream links, and the names you give to your playlists and channels. This information is stored locally on your Device.
- Stream Provider Credentials: If your Stream Provider requires it, you may enter a server address, username, and password (for example, for an Xtream Codes connection). These credentials are stored locally on your Device and are sent only to the Stream Provider's server you specify, in order to load your playlist and play your streams.
- Favorites and Viewing History: Channels you mark as favorites and your recently watched list. This information is stored locally on your Device.
- App Preferences: Language choices, playback and display preferences, notification preferences, and other settings selected within the Application.
- Feedback & Communications: Ratings, feedback, bug reports, inquiries, or support communications you submit directly.
Your playlists, Stream Provider credentials, favorites, and viewing history are stored locally on your Device. The Service Provider does not upload, copy, or store them on its own servers, and does not know which channels or content you watch.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:
- Device information, such as device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and application version.
- Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and analytics-related identifiers.
- IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from IP address, for analytics and service-optimization purposes.
- Application usage data, including session start and end times, playlist import and playback actions performed, number and type of playlists added (but not their addresses, credentials, or content), features used, frequency of usage, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
This automatically collected information is used to improve application performance, monitor system reliability, diagnose technical issues, provide analytics, support advertising, understand feature usage, and enhance the overall user experience.
The Application does not use your device's camera or microphone, does not request access to your contacts, and does not collect precise real-time GPS location. Only coarse location derived from IP address may be collected for analytics, advertising, and service-optimization purposes.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Stream Providers are separate from the services listed above. When you play a stream, your Device connects directly to the server of the Stream Provider you chose, which may receive your IP address and any credentials you entered for that provider. The security of that connection depends on the address your Stream Provider supplies. The Service Provider does not control Stream Providers and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, prevent abuse of the Service, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them except as necessary to provide their services, and have agreed to handle such information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Advertising
The Application is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob and its mediation partners listed above. These advertising partners may use device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements to serve, personalize where permitted, and measure ads.
Where required by applicable law, the Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request your consent for personalized advertising. You can manage or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also be provided with choices regarding personalized advertising.
For more information about how Google uses data when you use our Application, please see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Subscriptions and Premium Services
If premium features, subscriptions, virtual items, or paid content are offered within the Application (for example, to remove advertisements or unlock additional player features), payments and billing are handled through the applicable store platform, such as Google Play. The Service Provider does not collect or store your full payment-card or payment-account credentials.
The Service Provider may receive and process information relating to purchases and subscriptions, such as transaction status, product or subscription purchased, purchase time, subscription status, renewal status, and expiration date, in order to verify purchases and manage access to premium features or paid content.
Purchases made in the Application unlock features of the media player only. They do not include any channels, playlists, or content subscriptions.
Playlists, Streams, and Network Access
To provide its core functionality, the Application requires internet access and access to your network state. This access is used solely to load the playlists you add, to play the streams they contain, and to display your channels to you.
The Application does not request broad access to the files and media on your Device. When you choose to import a playlist file, you select that file yourself through your Device's file picker, and the Application reads only the file you selected.
If you use a feature that connects over your local network, the Application accesses your Wi-Fi connection state and local network discovery in order to find and connect to devices on the same network. This access is used only for that feature and is not used to determine your location.
Playback may continue in the background through a media playback service, which shows a playback notification while a stream is playing.
Processing of your playlists takes place on your Device. The Application does not transmit your playlist addresses, Stream Provider credentials, favorites, or viewing history to the Service Provider's servers. You may remove any playlist within the Application at any time, and you may delete all locally stored data by clearing the Application's data or uninstalling the Application.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the Application may send notifications relating to playback, reminders to continue watching, application updates, promotions, or other Service-related information. These notifications are scheduled on your Device, and the Application may reschedule them after your Device restarts.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the Application.
Data Retention
The Service Provider retains User-Provided data that you send to it directly, such as feedback and support communications, for as long as necessary to provide the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Automatically collected information may be retained for up to 24 months, after which it may be deleted or stored in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics and service-improvement purposes.
Your playlists, Stream Provider credentials, favorites, viewing history, and preferences are stored on your Device and are retained as long as you keep them there. To request deletion of data you have provided to the Service Provider, contact the Service Provider at the email below.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit personal information from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at the email below.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and security of your information and maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the information it processes and maintains, including limiting access to authorized personnel and service providers where appropriate.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
